The Greater Frederick Advertising Federation is pleased to announce their new officers, who will take office on July 1, 2008.  Louanne Welgoss, former GFAF Vice President and owner of LTD Creative, was elected as President; Cheri Baker of Shoestring Communications is the new Vice President; Lisa Gorham of Jean Peterson Design is the Treasurer; and Amanda Ebert of Frederick County Bank will remain in the position of Secretary.  Serving a two-year director term are Tobin Lehman of Enforme Interactive, Megan Mullaney of Jean Peterson Design, and Christina Renshaw of Text Design.  Doug Angell of the Imagination Center, Edward Araya of the Frederick News-Post, and Shuan Butcher of the Frederick Arts Council will serve a one-year director term.  Immediate Past President is Sandy Sponaugle of Platinum PR. As I close out my term as President of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation, I’d like to thank everyone for their energy this past year!  The Board and I really appreciate your support and positive feedback.  We hosted over 20 education programs and social events in the 2007-08 year … these programs are the building blocks to make the upcoming year even better.
